River Beatrice stateroom question

Does anyone have any experience with Category 4 or 5 staterooms on River Beatrice?

not sure if this is Cat.1 or 5,,,but those we talked to in lowest,with only window,,,that did not open,,,complained it was claustrophobic,,and loud from engines,,etc....and wished they d paid for hi er category,,,its only 150 sqft...but feels larger when windows open...hope this helps....of course,,,any cabin is better than NO cabin,,,,right???;)

The sailing we are looking at only has cat 4 and 5 left...Uniworld has assured us the engines are at the other end of the boat on the River Beatrice. Were you on this particular boat that you heard the negative comments??

only reporting what was told to me from passengers in lowest cabin....have never been on cat 4 or 5,,,but NEED a window that opens,,,so that would be the deal breaker for me....sorry, can always give it a shot.....;)

As far as I can tell from all the ship layouts that I saw, all categories except category 3 are at the aft end of the ship; category 3 is below the lounge.
