Easter?

I am just wondering if Celebrity does anything for Easter? Religious services? Special meals? Activities? Just curious.

I heard that there are planning on serving the Easter Bunny as the guest of honor. You can read into that anyway you wish.

On the Century a few years ago, there was a lovely mass in the Theater -- and the kids were so adorable in their outfits.

 

There was also a nice dinner which included a lamb choice.

But what if you are leaving on Easter Sunday - still a service?

 

I imagine there would be time in the morning in the port to find a church.

somewhere back in this thread there was a statement that there will be a traditional passover seder and an Easter Mass on the eclipse (and likely all other boats). I'm too lazy to try to find it but you can probably find it using search.

Services on most ships but I would not count on it for day of departure.

We were wondering the same thing just this weekend. But since we sail at 5 PM on Easter, I think we'll get up early and go to Mass before we board just to be sure.

How about the Easter Vigil the night before? Some start at 7 pm instead of "midnight".

We always attend the Easter Vigil here at home. I asked the hotel and was told that there is a church 5 or 10 minutes away, but until we get to FLL, and see what Mass times are, we'll probably wait to make our decision then. Thanks!:)
