I just got off Sky yesterday morning. I bought my soda pass as we walked on the ship the very first day. Price came to $28.75 total, including the 15% automatic gratuity. I used one soda pass for both me and my wife. When she wanted a soda, I just gave her my room key. All the staff looked for was the sticker on the card, not whose name was on it. Hope this helps.

Thanks, Craig, for the detailed info!

Did you use the soda pass while at GSC?

Thanks again!

I got a soda pass on the sky 4-day in September and the souveneir cup they give you looks kind of like this:

Except I don't think it has a handle. Mine is blue metallic and it has the NCL logo on it.

We are on the Sky 4/25 and I just ordered the Soda pass for BF.

I paid 28.76, he will drink that in 2 day LOL. The NCL rep was really nice, when I only ordered 1 since I don't drink soda. He was quick to joke, we don't mind if you share a sip or 2.

Do you have to carry around the mug with you or can you just get soda in a glass? Not sure how it works.

They put a sticker on your cabin key and that's how you show you are in the soda program, there's no need to carry the mug.
