Concierge

Recommended Posts

I understand that the concierge now has an open bar for suite passengers. It must be a small part of the evening. Does anyone know the hours?

The hours are usually from approximately 5:30 until 8:30 every evening. It is not something new and the concierge lounge and services are available (on those ships which have a concierge lounge) to suite guests and Crown and Anchor members who have attained Diamond Plus status. On ships that have both a Diamond lounge and a Concierge lounge (Freedom and Oasis class) suite guests have access to the CL and Diamond Plus members can access either lounge. Diamond members have access to the Diamond Lounge. On ships that do not have a Diamond lounge, Diamond members can attend a nightly Diamond event which offers free wine and soda and a 25% discount on other beverages.

If you are cruising in a suite(not a Jr. Suite), there will be a welcome letter from the concierge in your suite when you arrive detailing suite perks and giving access to the concierge lounge. Besides cocktail hour(s) there is continental breakfast every AM, 24 hr access to the lounge, a couple of computers there, a coffee machine for specialty coffees, board games and DVD's. Every cruise I have been on, the cocktail hours were 5Pm- 8:30 PM.

Not all Concierge Lounges have computers available for use.

We also may be able to add the notation that there will soon be a DL on Radiance ;), and other other ships have plans for one to be added
