David:

Thank you for your report. It is good to know where the ships are. Today will be the last time until next October that the Zuiderdam docks in Port Everglades at Ft. Lauderdale. Today she starts the long treck to Vancouver. I did this very relocation cruise on the old Westerdam in 1998. I thought it would cure me of cruising--It whet my appetite, as you can see.

I still vote for the Nieuw Amsterdam. It is visiting Civitavecchia tomorrow and most people will take a bus or train ride into Rome, the Eternal City. It is actually quite a distance away and that takes up a good part of the day. But Rome is certainly one of the great places in the world to visit!

Thanks for the update David!

We had to cancel our Eurodam cruise. Hope to reschedule another cruise late next month.
