Can someone post sample menus for MDR on 2 formal nights (Star Princess)?

Formal night menus are pretty much the same across the fleet, so postings from any ship will do.

I just got off the crown and although I did not take pictures of the menu, i can give you the highlighs from the second formal night....

 

Lobster tail, beef wellington, foie gras, braised beef shank, escargot..

Thanks, I remember the beef wellington & lobster on formal nights, but trying to decide if we should book specialty restaurants for those 2 nights.

This is what we've done on the last couple of cruises when we had anytime dining.
