Massage on Santorini or other ports

My wife and I are celebrating our anniversary on an upcoming cruise, so we thought we would explore some good ol' fashioned pampering...like a massage. The spa on the cruise ship is ultra-luxury and thus ultra-expensive, so we were wondering if anyone has ever enjoyed the services of a spa on Santorini?

 

We will be there for a day, and the excursion we are on will only fill part of the day. We would love to find a place to get a massage either on a beach or in a traditional spa. Anyone out there have any experience doing this?

 

We will have some time on Malta or Sicily as well, but I figured we will have a better chance on Santorini.
