cb at sea Posted April 27, 2011 #3 Share Posted April 27, 2011 Go online and google Cozumel, or get a guidebook! Research is KEY to having a cheap, but fun, day!

tandemcruzr Posted April 27, 2011 #5 Share Posted April 27, 2011 no in water activities and below $100 Rent a jeep/car and drive around the island. Get a map from mapchick dot com to familiarize yourself with the island. The road around the island is very easy to follow. Head south from the port and you will basically drive in a circle around the island. You can visit Punta Sur Lighthouse on the southern end, stop at Coconuts on the East side for a drink and a view, stop at San Gervasio Ruins or the Tequila Museum on the return to town. Get gas as you return to town, turn in your car and shop a bit.
