Room 1038 Serenade of the Seas

I am thinking of up-grading from a hump D1 room to a jr. suite on Serenade of the Seas. Room 1038 has an obstructive view. I called and was told it is 5% obstructive view?

I am not sure what that means. Has anyone been in 1038 and can share their "view"? No pun intended!

Thanks!:D

Don't worry about a 5% "obstruction"....not a big deal! We were in a JS with what they said was a 25% obstruction...and it was a ladder hanging ABOVE our heads! Obstructed nothing at all. I can't think of a thing that is there to block any sort of view at all. of course, the lifeboats are below, but they're below everyone on the sides of the ship! Not an obstruction!

You will LOVE a JS...so roomy and nice! Bigger balcony, too! It's the nicest way to cruise!
