Fantasy Luggage Drop Off

We are booked on the June 4th Fantasy cruise, what time can we leave our luggage at the dock so we can walk around and shop at the straw market? Thanks !!

I think 11:00 is what I have heard. You can board then.

When we sailed aboard the Fantasy back in October, we took a cab from the hotel to the port, arriving around 9:00am. We had to drop our luggage off at the north end of the port parking lot, then the cab took us to the waiting area, about a mile away.

 

The market opens around 9am (I believe) so you will have plenty of time to shop, as the ship doesn't start boarding until 11:30am or so.

 

You're gonna love the Fantasy and sailing out of Charleston! Great ship and a fabulous city (our home for 10 years)!

around 9ish or maybe a bit later you can drop off luggage BUT do not let the cab leave you there as the walk to shopping/etc. is a bit of a hike. Have them take you on to Market St. and find out where you must come to get in for boarding. Hope this helps

Thanks everyone, we love going on cruises out of Charleston. We go down the day before, and enjoy the city. We live in North Carolina, so it is not far. I have heard different times about the luggage drop off being late and we want to do some shopping before we board the ship. Thanks for the information !!
