Extra charges where on FOTS?

Which venues are included and which are not on FOTS? I am mostly asking about food. Are the places that are not included clearly signed? And is any place or particular food item really worth paying extra for?

Portofino and Chops have a surcharge of $20 and $25 respectively. They are both well worth the money, especially Chops.

 

There is a charge for the specialty coffees in the Cafe Promenade and Ben and Jerry's ice cream is charged for. The new CupCake Cupboard also charges per cupcake. I can't think of any other food that is charged for.

 

Drinks, alcoholic, soda and fresh squeezed OJ also carry a charge.

The cruise compass has a $ beside any event that involves a charge... such as cooking classes, etc. Also, in the dining room, you can get the Chops steak for an additional charge (cheaper than going to Chops).

MDR is free, but, be careful after dinner when the funky after dinner drinks come out. They are not free, and they are expensive.

There is no charge for any of the food in the Promenade Cafe or Sorrento's. Also no charge for the self-serve coffee, tea, and cocoa there. No charge for room service except between midnight and 5 AM when it is $3.95 per total order.

Good point. Also, the dessert menu will typically show some specialty coffees, such as latte or cappuccino. Regular or decaf coffee is free, but the specialty coffee's are not. There is usually some small print on the dessert menu that mentions the charges, but it's easy to miss.
