RMM34667 Posted May 25, 2011 #1 Share Posted May 25, 2011 The day FINALLY arrived. So first thing this morning I went online to book my very special 50th b-day dream cruise. I selected my pre-determined cabin and hit CONTINUE. It then said "that cabin does not exist or is not available" and I could not select it.. WOW someone must have beat me to it by two seconds. But no big deal. I didn't expect to end up in that cabin anyway. I just selected something else. But I guess I now have to change my lottery numbers. I've been playing that cabin number for WEEKS. OH and I went looking for the Roll Call. I went through the two pages of post for the Crown and couldn't find one. Guess if I don't see one soon I'll have to start it! Anyway HAPPY BIRTHDAY ME!! mina Posted May 25, 2011 #5 Share Posted May 25, 2011 This happens to me all the time -- you might have restarted the booking or redid it from the beginning. Whenever someone puts in a specific cabin number into the search -- that cabin is AUTOMATICALLY put on a hold for about 15 to 20 mins. If you did a search for the cabin -- saw it was open -- then started over with your booking -- it would show as not available because of the hold -- retry it or call princess -- I bet it is still open.
