imashy14u Posted January 11, 2017 #3626 Share Posted January 11, 2017 Hi,Are we best to put our soft drink cans in checked in luggage or carry with with us? Has anyone had soft drink cans taken off them in Australia? In addition to SearBear's questions, would they be fine with 2L bottles of soft drinks? SearBear Posted January 11, 2017 #3628 Share Posted January 11, 2017 Hello, Are we able to put our two bottles of wine in our checked in baggage rather than carry it with us? If we put it in checked baggage and don't carry it on will they still confiscate it?
counsdr Posted January 11, 2017 #3629 Share Posted January 11, 2017 They won't confiscate your wine, but you most likely will have to pick your suitcase up in the "naughty room" and explain why it's in your suitcase! Best to put it in a carry on. Bon Voyage!

ozbrian Posted January 12, 2017 #3631 Share Posted January 12, 2017 We're doing our first cruise on Explorer next month. :) Is the Diamond lounge on deck 14 open all day and are there coffee making facilities in the lounge? Is there a breakfast area set aside for Diamond members on Explorer? Thanks.

There is a coffee machine inside that you can use for complimentary specialty coffee. Don't know about #2.

I don't believe there's a specific breakfast area, but there were breakfast muffins as well as coffee in the diamond lounge

ChrisOz Posted January 24, 2017 #3637 Share Posted January 24, 2017 We strolled on with an unopened 2L bottle of Pepsi Max in a clear plastic bag and security couldn't have cared less. One of us had also carried aboard a sports drink bottle and used it while out and about. Again no problem. That should answer a couple of recent questions.
