Krazy Kruizers Posted June 6, 2011 #2 Share Posted June 6, 2011 No thank you. They do look nice. We took one RCI cruise many, many years ago and were not impressed with them.
sail7seas Posted June 6, 2011 #3 Share Posted June 6, 2011 No, no thanks. I don't collect RCI things. :) Are they note pads? Nice of you to offer them.
Aruba Posted June 6, 2011 #4 Share Posted June 6, 2011 I don't think you're going to get many takers on the HAL board...
Robin7 Posted June 6, 2011 Author #5 Share Posted June 6, 2011 :o Oooooooooooooooops! I swear I clicked onto the RCI board! So sorry! Heh. (Not going on RCI again soon either. Liked parts of the ship and the entertainment, but the service and the food was not to HAL standards, and our cruise was more expensive than a HAL cruise too!) Robin7 Posted June 7, 2011 Author #8 Share Posted June 7, 2011 Yes, they're notepads. The pen slides in and holds the thing closed, and it hangs from a lanyard. I can't imagine ever using it! The nice thing was they handed them out at our Meet and Mingle. Which the cruise director actually attended. (He was hilarious, and my favorite thing about the cruise.) I was pretty impressed with how RCI handled the M&M (there were other very nice gifts given out in a drawing). It was also much more well-attended than any HAL gathering we've attended. Oh, and the RCI people jumped on that post. Still embarrassed that I posted it here. Heh.
