How Long Does RCL Take to Answer an Email?

Gosh I have been trying to get my Crown & Anchor membership number from them. I emailed a week ago and got a form email saying they would have my number in 72 hours. Guess I shouldn't hold my breath. I just hope I have it to put on my form before I sail on May 2nd!

I e-mailed them 03/11 under the heading "Guests with Special Needs" and no reply yet. I guess I'm not special ENOUGH :rolleyes:

I got a reply in about 10 days when I emailed them a few weeks ago. I then emailed the Casino and they replied within a day.
