11:20 flight?

Yes (barring any unforeseen incidents). Disembark relatively early. If possible, check on the current flight departure time, a day early, via the internet (and plan accordingly).

Be sure to check with the cruise line to see what is the earliest time they recommend.

Allow one hour to get to the airport.

Check with the airline to see what time you are required to check in for the flight.

If you are on the Oct 13th Athens to Athens cruise, there are alot of people on that flight, as that is the only option to get back to USA on Delta and in my case, to still make a connection to the West Coast. I would assume that many from the cruise will be on the flight and taking ship transportation to airport, we are doing a taxi and plan to get off early to get there on time. I dont think it will be a problem.
