Thanks for posting the ship locations. The Amsterdam is in Anckorage. That is not a dream for me, in four weeks I will be there. I hope it is warm and sunny and not cold and rain. Maybe I should be like TOMC and do the St. Lawrence.

I was reading a few news reports of the 5.2 earthquake affecting Anchorage and Cook Inlet yesterday. No damage or injuries reported, apparently.

 

DH has a coworker whose grandson is on a mission trip in a small village (starts with an "N...") that was mentioned in one of the reports. I imagine that was an interesting experience for him! He's a teen, and even he is impressed with the beauty of Alaska.:p

Thank you for posting the locations of the fleet.

 

Was unaware of the 5.2 Anchorage earthquake.

 

The front page headline in our paper this morning (June 18th) states that there have been 7350 quakes and still counting, since the September 4th Christchurch earthquake.

The magnitude 6.3 on Monday has caused liquefaction again.

Hope the Alaskans do not have the same after effects as us.
