Cheapest tobacco on Fjords cruise.

Very controversial subject!! My friend wants me (a non smoker) to buy her some tobacco when we are on our cruise to the Fjords. Where is the cheapest place, would it be on the ship (Ventura) or at a port. Anyone got an idea of the price??? Thanks:confused:

The price on board Ventura this week for 5x50gr of Golden Virginia was £24.75. That is the full allowance of duty free tobacco for one person.

I don't know about duty paid in the Northern ports.....
