As I sit here thinking about our upcoming cruise I was wondering... what is that one culinary item that you are looking forward to the most when you get on board? For me it would have to be the fabulous Chicken Salad at the International Cafe ( unlessd I can count the Milky Way martinis at Crooners!!)

Last cruise I moved from the chocolate croissants to my new favorite, Gelato in the Piazza!

Eggplant Parmesan... no wait... pizza.... or maybe Fettucini Alfredo...

 

Whatever it is, I mainly look forward to not having to cook it myself! :D

Twice baked goat cheese souffle. I came late to the table on this one (just tried it two cruises ago for the first time), and it is crazy decadent. And as unhealthy as it gets. I need to order it with a side of broccoli and strawberries for dessert.

Wow all of those sound great!! One thing I will mention that I don't see too often is to pack some stretchy pants for the end of the cruise. Somehow I gained weight????? I was looking for anything that would stretch towards the end of our cruise. Enjoy the food, drinks and the cruise!!

Fetticini is always at the top of the list. And at boarding, in the buffet, chicken catcitori (sp) w/mashed potatos. And from the last cruise have to add Spaghetti & Meatballs. Its on the kids menu but have others here really liked it. I agree it was great.

I like the marinated veggies from the IC, but what I like the most is wine time on my balcony (or on the balcony of friends) before dinner. Wine and cheese and the sea; who could ask for more?

I go against popular thinking in that I'm not a fan of the chicken cashew salad (too much mayo, IMHO). However, I always look forward to the Princess Love Boat Dream!

I am looking forward to the Love Boat Dream. Had it for dessert every night on my last cruise. Also the Croque Monsieur sandwich from room service.
