Transport from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami Port?

Suggestions for options/pricing for transportation from Ft. Lauderdale airport to Port of Miami. Thanks in advance.

sas transportation. $15.00 pp from ft lauderdale airport to pom. very reliable and a pleasure to do business with. you just have to email them and they will email you back with your conformation.

I have them booked for October and they have been very helpful and patient with a few changes that I've had to make. Definately would recommend them.

Besides SAS, there are other reputable shuttle services including QLS.

 

If you'll need a car while staying in FLL (because you are a smart cruiser and will be flying in at least one day early, right :confused:) a one way rental (FLL to Miami) may be your best bet. Some of the rental agencies at MIA offer shuttle service to POM, and both Avis and Hertz have downtown Miami offices very close to POM (a $10 cab ride if they will not shuttle).

when i sailed out of POM but flew into FLL we just walked out and got a town car and 30 minutes later we were at port. It was fast, easy and the cars were very nice and comfortable, I want to say it was like $35. There was not prearranging or anything.

So I guess I would use the same above companies mentioned to go to FLL from MIA, Right?

I take it that it will just be about a half hour drive from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale?

 

I've never been to Ft. Lauderdale.
