New web site launch RCI uk

I was just on RCI UK checking my reservation for next week and noticed the banner advertising a new web site launch for July.

Will be interesting to see what the 'new' site is like because I certainly don't like the current 'new' one. It is really hard to see at a glance the best deals for all cabin grades for a particular itinerary at the moment and the 55+ specials:(

I hope they improve it too. For some reason for the last few months I can only get as far as trying to choose my cabin and it comes up with 'not able to process at this time, please try again later'

 

Very annoying as am unable to look to see what cabins are available, and also, wouldnt be able to book online. The funny thing is, if I change the country to US RCI website it will let me go further and look at all cabins available etc. Very strange.

 

Anyone else???

There are quite a few well-known online travel agents that show which cabins are available and they usually have better prices than booking with a cruiseline driect.

The new improved RCCL UK website is now up and running.....wait..hold on...did I really say "improved" :eek:

 

It is awful...it is scary on the eyes white and it has glitches :rolleyes:

Why oh why don't cruiselines test things.

 

every single update seems to be a disaster does not mater wich line.

 

Azamara knocked out UK on-line booking for 5 months with there change, fix "due" in Sept.

 

The level of incompetance with the cruise lines IT departments is beyond belief.

Most of the links take you .com.au WHY?

 

there is no login on the front page to get you to your profile/bookings.

I just logged into my account by the way I posted above.

 

Checked my 3 cruises and profile etc ..no problem :D

but takes yoiu away from .co.uk to the .com.au and old style web site
