Oasis-D1 balcony or suite guarantee?

and you have had only 2 Royal Caribbean cruises prior to this one on the 16th.

I thought Diamond Plus members were suppose to get those free upgrades?

We are actually diamond because of our celebrity status and our previous RCI cruises were back to backs in suites.

My Husband and I are currently booked in a D1 cabin on Oasis. I noticed today that the price difference between our cabin and a suite guarantee is pretty small. If you had to choose between a suite guarantee and a D1, which would you choose? Our current cabin is in a decent location mid-ship, near the elevators but not right outside them, really close to central park. I know with a guarantee you have to be prepared to get the worst cabin in the category. Any advice?

 

 

I would DEFINITELY go for the suite!

Because you get double credit and the price is very good. Good luck, you might end up on even a higher cabin category.

I read on CC that it's a random process. I guess it's done by a computer & can be anytime between booking and checking in!
