Magic Spa Cabin w/ balcony - review or pics?

We are sailing on the Magic in October and have been searching for photos/reviews for the balcony spa cabins! Does anyone have anything? We are sailing with my parents - their first time on a cruise - and I would love to share something with them!

Thanks so much!

Sorry, I have not seen reviews of this cabin yet on Magic. You might want to check the cabin # and see if someone on Dream has some reviews as its been out longer.

From what Im told the balcony is no different, its the perks that are different. Only 2 in the cabin will get the spa perks, if you are saying there are 3 of you booked in this cabin.

We were in Cabin 11230 on Magic back in May of this year (the inaugural sailing out of Barcelona), and we absolutely LOVED the cabin!!! Soft plush towels and bedding, comfy robe and slippers to relax in, a wonderful balcony to enjoy the views from, and the spa.... OMG we fell in love with it immensely! We used the Thalassotherapy Pool after every port day (they were LOOOOOOOONG!), loved the heated ceramic loungers, enjoyed the dry sauna (I did not use the steam rooms as I can only take so much heat before burning up), had two very amazing spa sessions with Lenorea (deep tissue/bamboo massage one day and reflexology on my feet a couple of days later), and my husband loved the two spinning classes that he took! We both felt that we got our money's worth.

Our cabin steward's name was Lito, and he was awesome - he made sure that we had a lot of ice in the cabin, left us cute Towel Animals nightly, and really took good care of us! We gave him a little something extra right before leaving the ship, and he was very grateful for it!

I cannot find the pictures that I took of the spa area :(

As long as it is two people to a cabin, the four of you should have access to everything that is included with this type of cabin.

ENJOY!

Anyone have more information about the Spa Balconies on Deck 11 of the Magic? I've read that 12 is not covered but by metal bars. How about 11? Like a regular balcony, or can people see in from above? I've only been able to find information about the Dream.

Also- do you receive a brochure about what spa facilities are included with your spa cabin? I don't want to miss out on a thing!

We stayed in 12024 back in March of this year. The cabins are identical in size and layout of any other cabin and regular balcony. The differences were: different towels, robes and slippers; the sample size shampoo, hand lotion, etc. on your bathroom counter are the brands sold in the Spa. You will receive a wristband in your stateroom that you wear when you visit the spa area to designate you are in a spa cabin. There will also be a letter in your stateroom that tells you your benefits. These mostly consist of 2 free classes (pilates, spin, etc.) of your choice; the thalassotherapy pool; the heated loungers and sauna. I believe you also get a discount on a few of the services such as couples massage, etc. You pay regular price for other spa services such as hair cuts, pedicures, etc. You do get priority booking for spa services over the other passengers. The exercise room is open to everyone on the ship. If you are a non-smoker, the smoke free balconies are a very welcome benefit.

I would possibly book the spa cabin again because of the smoke free area, but if you are prone to motion sickness, remember you are on deck 11 or 12 and are going to feel the motion much more than being on a lower deck. Hope this info helps.
