Can anyone tell me if you book shore excursions online prior to the cruise if you can cancel them on the ship a few days ahead of time? Also are they cheaper online or the same price as on board? Thanks for your help. Joyce

If you end up with a large credit on your sea pass card because of cancelled excursions, do they issue the refund to your credit card at the end of the cruise?

Yes, you can cancel once on board as long as you give the required notice (24 hours I think). The refund bill go on your sea pass card.

We've never had this situation but since you did prepay for an excursion that you were allowed to cancel without a penalty, they should issue the refund to your credit card at the end of the cruise.

Hi Joyce this is not an answer to your question just some info that might be useful, we did an Alaskan cruise in September you can book all tours at the pier side when you disembark ship and they are cheaper than the ship to.
