Cruise Director Fernando!

I keep reading so much about him on these boards!

Does anyone know if he'll be on board Silver Spirit in early 2012 (January through March?).

I have no idea. But he was our cruise director on 2 different trips on the Cloud. One was in April 2005 and it was from Barcelona to Rome. The second trip was Aug 2006 and it was from Istanbul to Venice and he remembered us! Wow, I found that amazing! He's wonderful! I hope you do get him as your cruise director. You will enjoy!

Fernando usually does the "World Cruises" and he indicated that he will be doing the WC in 2012, aboard the Whisper in the time frame you are talking about.

 

And you DO want to sail with him. Truly one of a kind. If you plans don't match his this time, try another voyage with him.

I have just watched a video where Fernando is interviewed. I wonder if he will be on the Spirit in December, before he joins the Whisper for the World Cruise?

I've enjoyed sailing with Fernando a great deal and very much look forward to seeing him again in January, BUT....my personal favorite remains the inimitable Judie Abbott.

We also very much like Fernando--our CD on the Spirit's maiden crossing. Fernando exceptionally emceed our vow renewal ceremony (first one done on the Spirit) and shared with Dougburns/and his lovely wife.
