Prinsendam Grand Cruise January 4, 2012

Recently I received an e-mail from HAL stating that if I paid in full for this cruise by August 1st I could receive a 3% discount. However, when I contacted them to find out the exact amount due they stated that the offer was sent in error and they would not honor it. Has anyone else booked on this cruise gotten this notification and had this experience?

No but 3% could add up to a nice sum for that cruise.

I'd suggest you ask on the roll call for that cruise.

Do you still have the email? I would forward it to HAL and ask why they are not honoring it. I do know that different people get different emails.
