Emerald Princess Lido Deck

I was in L221 on the Sapphire a month ago, and it was a very quiet area. I like it up there because it is so convenient to the pools and the Horizon Court. I have booked a cabin up there for a cruise in November, on the Sapphire again.

We were in a similar cabin (can't remember the actual cabin #) on the Emerald in December, a supposed 'upgrade' of our balcony guarantee. Like you, I was worried about extra noise and traffic.

It turned out to be a terrific location; no extra noise or traffic, in fact, the stairs at that end of the ship were little used. It was very convenient to everything on the Lido deck, of course. Those cabins are a little far forward, but we had no issues with motion; it was a very calm cruise, however.

We like to use the stairs mostly, for extra exercise, and I must say it was a hard climb up from deck 4 or 5!
