Does anyone know if the casino is open when the ship is docked in Kings Wharf Bermuda?

Absolutely, positively, NO. In fact, it is the first time I have ever seen the casino powered off, as opposed to just disabled.

 

In addition, the onboard stores will also be closed and sealed by Bermuda officials.

The ONLY things open when a ship is in port are the bars and the spa and sometimes a dining room. Did I forget something?

Sorry to tell you, absolutely not! :( Nor are the stores on board! Just food, Spa, and drinks!

I didn't think so. My sister is cruising to bermuda in a couple of weeks I told her that they were closed. Her son said that he found out they were open after 10 pm. I have been on many cruises before but never been to Bermuda so I wasn't sure. Thanks and I am sure that I will enjoy mine.

closed in port, and will be reopen once the ship hits open waters and is in international waters

This is true for almost every port, if not all ports in the Caribbean (or Atlantic, like Bermuda).

 

Closed while in port, reopened once you hit international waters.
