Transferring Booking to TA

Looking for some advice on transferring a booking to a TA.

 

I had booked our cruise via the Carnival website and now considering transferring to a TA. When I booked via Carnival, I got OBC. If I transfer to a TA, will I lose the OBC?

 

Also, I have paid the entire amount on our cruise, but it is still before final payment. Can my booking still be transferred?

If you are beyond the 30 day window that Carnival allows you will not be able to transfer your booking. It sounds like you are but if you have booked within the last 30 days you can still transfer. Your OBC would transfer with you.

If you booked a rate that included OBC, its part of the rate, and yes it would transfer.

 

I see someone else already answered you have 30 days from the date of booking, if before carnival's final payment date (doesnt include if you paid early, based on carnival's date)

Firefly is correct. I just went through this with my booking. It was after final payment when I booked on Saturday afternoon. Carnival gave my TA a bit of a runaround on Monday before agreeing to transfer it as it was past 24 hours.
