Hotel Shuttle from LGA

Leaving on a cruise out of New York next June on the Norwegian Gem.

 

Since we will be flying in the night before departure, I was wondering if anybody knows a few hotels that offer shuttle service from LGA to the hotel.

 

There is a Hampton Inn across the street from the hotel, but didn't know if there were any others that are decent.

One of this board's regular posters (greatam) recommends the LaGuardia Plaza (formerly the Crowne Plaza), which is right across the road from the airport, and has a free shuttle.

 

FYI, a taxi or car service from an airport-area hotel to the cruise pier in Manhattan should cost about $30-35 plus tip. If you prefer a car service, don't have the hotel make arrangements for you, as it will likely cost you more than if you made the reservation directly. Many people recommend Dial 7. there are also 3 Marriott brands..Courtyard, Fairfield Inn and a full service Marriott that should all have shuttles...
