train Posted September 11, 2011 #1 Share Posted September 11, 2011 Hi all, I've read here in the various threads that we cannot bring any alcohol with us. So, are bottles of wine available for purchase onboard the ship? We are not big drinkers but would like to store a bottle of wine in our cabin refrig, hang out on the balcony, and chill. Thanks! cruisegirl1 Posted September 11, 2011 #2 Share Posted September 11, 2011 No problem - you can purchase one at most bars, in the dining room, restaurants, or you can order on one from RCCL in advance to be waiting in your cabin.
train Posted September 11, 2011 Author #3 Share Posted September 11, 2011 Perfect. I assumed as much, but we have not sailed on Royal Caribbean for quite a few years, so I am rusty :) Thanks for the quick reply.

train Posted September 11, 2011 Author #5 Share Posted September 11, 2011 http://www.royalcaribbean.com/giftcatalog/category/home.do?catCode=WINE Thanks for the link. There must be an answer somewhere, but I'll ask here anyway.....if we order a bottle of wine to be delivered to our cabin, on top of the price per bottle in your link, there will be a 15% tip added? Is that how it works?
waterbabe40 Posted September 12, 2011 #6 Share Posted September 12, 2011 Just order the bottle at dinner and take it back to your cabin afterwards.
