Ok, I looked at the Galveston webcam page where there is a message board. The chat there is 1) maintanance is looking at something on the ship, 2) luggage was delayed getting on ship due to 9/11 security, and 3) flights were delayed due to extra security at the airports. Sounds logical to me.

There are a couple of small boats that keep circling around next to her. Can't tell what they are, one of them could be the pilot boat.

I'm beginning to think there's something wrong with the ship itself. I don't think it's an airport problem...my husband flew into Houston this morning, and they arrived a bit early. There was no wait for luggage.

He did say they were in the security line, and at the time the first plane hit everything stopped for a minute of silence.

Reports from onboard were that they were waiting for luggage and maintenance was looking at something. Captain expected to sail at 18:30

Looked like the pilot boat may have dropped off the pilot a little while ago, maybe they are getting ready to sail.
