Yes, there are slot tourneys, as well as Texas Hold 'Em.

The concierge will take care of any reservations for dining, will sit you in the suite section of the theater, will escort you off the ship (at tender ports) with an exclusive exit. They will also help sort out issues that you might have, and generally do what land based concierges do in hotels.

The butler will serve you in suite dining, if you request it, they will bring canapes for the afternoon and will restock your beverages if you have that level of suite. They will also provide snacks if you choose to host a Roll Call party in your suite so that others can see what the suite life is like. ;)

The steward will do any of the cleaning/bedmaking that any steward will do on the ship.

Wow! Suite life sounds great on NCL! I have only cruised Carnival and need a change of scenery. I'm pretty excited to try NCL. I am thinking of the Dawn to Bermuda, as Boston is a short ride for us. The floor to ceiling windows in the family suite look amazing!

Since you are looking in to a suite I will also add that suite passengers get exclusive dining in Cagney's for breakfast and lunch, which is an upcharge restaurant for dinner. Better service, steak and eggs, and crab cake eggs benedict are just some of the offerings for the most important meal of the day.

I always like to put it this way.

The Concierge will take care of anything you need outside of the suite .

And

The Butler will take care of anything you need that happens inside the suite. ;)

You will love NCL suire perks..

I would like to book a suite and have heard talk about butlers and concierges. What do they do for you and what is the difference between the two? Does NCL have slot tournaments in their casinos?

I have written a review and half way through it I wrote some of the experiences that I had with the Butler and concierge, hope it helps.

relax@sea....is that a hot tub on your balcony:eek:????? I've never seen that!

They clean and fill the hot tube daily with fresh water and you can use it 24 hours a day, the balcony is large were you can have breakfest out on the balcony with plenty of room. If you have the chance to get that type of cabin I would get it, I have that same room booked for our Mar. 11, 2012 cruise.
