The best place to avoid sea-sickness will be midship, lower levels.

 

For the most part, (for what we have experienced) the boat motion is pretty hard to notice, there have been a couple of times when you could notice it rather well though. As far as nasuea, the make bracelets and behind the ear patches, as well as something called bonine (sp?) that you can take as well.
