Rare shof515 Posted September 18, 2011 #2 Share Posted September 18, 2011 Generally, mid show on the lowest deck is the best way to lessen ship movement. Try to pick a 4A that nears the mid of the ship and is not in the aft end of the ship or all the way forward
valandemmy Posted September 18, 2011 #3 Share Posted September 18, 2011 The best place to avoid sea-sickness will be midship, lower levels. For the most part, (for what we have experienced) the boat motion is pretty hard to notice, there have been a couple of times when you could notice it rather well though. As far as nasuea, the make bracelets and behind the ear patches, as well as something called bonine (sp?) that you can take as well.
Stargateman Posted September 18, 2011 #4 Share Posted September 18, 2011 Midship, lower deck is best. If you have to choose between front and back, choose back less movement
firefly333 Posted September 18, 2011 #5 Share Posted September 18, 2011 Like a teter toter, both ends go up and down, maybe the aft less because of the shape. I prefer aft, because its more convenient to the buffet area.

PAPERBKWRITER Posted September 18, 2011 #8 Share Posted September 18, 2011 The more you pay, the more you sway. That's funny... I think movement depends a lot on where the cruise goes. Most of the Caribean and Mexican Rivera cruises are very smooth but up north around Canada on either coast it can get quite bumpy.
