Citi port interior shuttle

We will be disembarking from the Prisendam and renting a car. I understand that there is an interior port shuttle that will take us and our luggage as far as the gate. How do you notify them to pick us up?? Do we just hail it as it goes past? thanks Shar

How do you notify who? The port shuttle? The port shuttles are assigned to the ships, and do nothing but run non stop to the gate and back. They will be there when you get off the ship.

 

If you are talking about a rental car shuttle, don't have any official knowledge, but would guess you are going to have to call them.

After you pick up your luggage and go outside, you will see a number of buses. The free shuttle will have a sign on the front window. It will take you and your lugged right to the front of the Fort about 100 yards from McDonalds. From there you will have to get to the rental car agency. Maybe you can have them meet you at the front of the Fort by the shuttle stop. Here's a photo I took and an aerial photo I marked.
