Account balance

I sent in my Future Cruise certificates a week ago, got emails today saying they have been applied. I checked "Manage my Cruise"and the OBC has been added, but I can't find my account balance, only the itemized charges. The cruises have not been paid in full yet, and I'd like to see how much I owe. Am I looking in the wrong places?

Did you book direct with Carnival? If so it should show on the amount shown as paid .. if you are looking at the "my billing" tab.

Yep, you will have to contact the friend now for everything. price drops, questions, everything now goes thru your friend.

You need to check with TA. You lose access to some things when you book outside of Carnival
