I checked "Manage my Cruise"and the OBC has been added, but I can't find my account balance, only the itemized charges. The cruises have not been paid in full yet, and I'd like to see how much I owe. Yep, you will have to contact the friend now for everything. price drops, questions, everything now goes thru your friend. the my billing tab is only for those who booked direct.
