Account balance

I sent in my Future Cruise certificates a week ago, got emails today saying they have been applied. I checked "Manage my Cruise"and the OBC has been added, but I can't find my account balance, only the itemized charges. The cruises have not been paid in full yet, and I'd like to see how much I owe. Am I looking in the wrong places?

I booked with a friend who is a travel agent, is that why I don't see it?

 

Yep, you will have to contact the friend now for everything. price drops, questions, everything now goes thru your friend.

 

the my billing tab is only for those who booked direct.
