Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort on Breakers Ave?

I've tried to do searches but of course with a resort name like 'Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort' I got just about everything ;). Has anyone stayed in these condos and can you tell me if they were okay? We're trying to decide between Hyatt Place North and this place. Price is roughly the same for either individual rooms at Hyatt or two bedroom, two baths at this place. Both have places to buy wine and last minute items, both are close to water taxi and both have restaurants near. I just can't seem to find much info on this resort. Thanks.

just type in name you used here & go to tripadvisor site. lots of reviews. when this property opened as a timeshare back in the early 1970's we bought in. it lasted 7 years & they no longer honored our time share. it had gotten pretty run down, with roaches on penthouse floor, has changed hands many times.

i'd choose the hyatt over this.
