How much of a deposit does Carnival require?

With the Early Saver program there is a non-refundable deposit. Does anyone know how much is required for the deposit?

$250 pp for a 7 day, $200 fo ra 5 day, $150 pp for a 4 day .. and some others, a few like alaska and europe may be higher.

It also depends on the price of the cruise. We're taking a 7 day which would normally be a deposit of $250 per person, but the entire cruise itself is only costing $234, so we just paid for the whole cruise when we booked. :)

Yes, they sometimes run specials with reduced deposits. Just be aware that if later you want to match to a price drop, if that rate doesn't include the same reduced deposit you will be expected to pay the difference immediately or risk having your reservation cancelled.

No worries. I got a great deposit deal from Norwegian, but Carnival has the ships and dates I want.
