So I am assuming it is pointless to send an email to one if its the day he is getting off?

We board the Liberty on April 30th, and it looks like the current concierge is there until May.

I wouldn't say it's pointless because either:

He will be there till May something....no specific date yet.......not necessarily the first.......

OR

even if it was the first,the email will be answered by whoever is working the day you send it and that info will be forwarded to the new concierge to handle.

We agree 100% with you about Oana and we always book our times on the Liberty when she is there.

Just off Liberty. I couldn't agree with you more. We missed Oana. I think you get spoiled by how some of the concierges treat their passengers and then are disappointed by others. Wasn't impressed by either the CL concierge or the D concierge. Just personal preference.

We just got off the Liberty and had great service in the Concierge Lounge from Carlos Ortiz. Carlos is one of the best we have sailed with.
