Does anyone know when Mario Reyes returns from vacation back to Explorer - I believe he left 11/15/12 to go home.

No,sorry I don't........doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason when they come and go.....some are 2 months,some are longer..

We had Karen Hernandez on Navigator in March, 2012. She told us she was getting married in July and had an extended vacation, 4 months and then she would be back. We thought she did a great job and have been checking back on this thread to see if she had returned, but nothing yet. Hopefully someone will know something!

Just a point of information for you, The full name of the current concierge on the Explorer is Denzil Fernandes. He was our dining room waiter on the Oasis a couple of years ago and was promoted to Guest Services after that. He is an extremely capable and pleasant young man and should do a great job as concierge.

Hi Tom, we are going back on BR, a week from today! Hope it will be a better experience then in Sept!!!!

Franca, from what I've seen of Gustavo (everyone calls him Butcher pronounced Booocher) you'll be well cared for in the CL. He sat with the guests and talked and joked with them. He's coming from Guest Services where he was very accommodating and easy going. A smile is never missing from his face.
