Preorder Soda Card Question

If you preorder a soda card how is it handled? Do they put the sticker on your card at check in? Is the Coke tumbler in your room? Is it just better to wait to buy it after you board?

Better to buy on board there will be AMPLE (way too many) chances to do so, I promise.

Just do it as soon as you get onboard.

I would refrain from doing this in advance. There will be plenty of opportunity when you get aboard.

If you are buying it as a gift, just put that amount onto their onboard spending account.

I bought ours in advance...so I don't have to bother doing it once I get onboard

We have bought them onboard in the past. We have a large group and are just trying to make things easier. If 10 people stop to all get soda stickers at one time it takes a little bit. Just wondering what the procedure is when purchasing them in advance as a gift.

Based on the enthusiasm of those selling them they may well get compensated for results. Every waiter, bartender and cocktail server is delighted to sell the soda sticker.

 

If your group went to lunch at the MDR and asked your server to sell 10 of them he might well giggle with pleasure.

 

That said, feel free to do it the other way if it makes it easier for you, running a group can be a real buzz kill when you are supposed to be taking it easy.
