Define these charges

Friends of mine where given free cruise .local casino they have there own travel agency in house.of course free is not free. They had to pay these fees times2 . 45$ trip ins ,116 fees&taxes,of course these r self explainitory.The last one the travel agents r calling port fees but that's included in fees$taxes 240$for Ncs. Total 401$ for a free cruise in a E1 balcony.I'm booked same cruise 520$ in a E1 Bal.What is Ncs charge travel agents will not and tell couple to ask RCL and of course RCL say they can't and because thy have TA. I hope one of you can help.

Non commissionable fees. Generally means port charges. No reason that a good TA would not explain that to client.

Port fees are a charge made to the cruise ship for docking priviledges.

So thats what they said but we thought taxes and fees included port charges. This means RCL is housing and feeding myself and DW for 20$ a day EA. this is 5 night LOS
