They had to pay these fees times2 . 45$ trip ins ,116 fees&taxes,of course these r self explainitory.The last one the travel agents r calling port fees but that's included in fees$taxes 240$for Ncs. Total 401$ for a free cruise in a E1 balcony.I'm booked same cruise 520$ in a E1 Bal.What is Ncs charge travel agents will not and tell couple to ask RCL and of course RCL say they can't and because thy have TA.
