Magic Embarkation?

We will be leaving for our cruise on Magic in a couple of days and for those of you that have recently completed cruises on her out of Galveston, can you tell me what time you suggest arriving at the terminal and what time they started boarding on your cruise. We have cruised out of Galveston multiple times, but not since the "improvements" to the terminal for handling the larger capacity for Magic.

We just came off her last Sunday. We were there at 10:30 and on the ship before 11:30. Embarkation went very smooth.:)

I get there before 11 am myself so I am there waiting for when they start boarding VIPs.

 

OP not sure why you think its going to be different than boarding for other ships. The changes were the door to enter has been moved and where the VIPs wait has been moved. They took my picture before I went to wait instead of as I boarded the ship.

Arrived at terminal 1145ish on board eating lunch less than 25 minutes later;)

Thanks, my past experience in Galveston with embarkaiton has been a bit disorganized and delayed, mostly related to fog which is not in the forecast this weekend.
