Taxi fare from Queen Mary to San Pedro

Does anyone know how much a taxi costs from the Queen Mary hotel to the pier at San Pedro.

 

Also, are there any shuttle bus services for a group?

I would probably go with taxis as that would be cheaper than shuttles.

 

If you wan to price out a shuttle for the group you could check out super shuttle and their web site is http://www.supershuttle.com and from there you can call their reservation number to get a price quote.

 

A taxi will run around $20.00 to $25.00 before tip per taxi.

I have found that the fare from the LB downtown hotels to San Pedro runs about $20 and would estimate the fare from the Queen Mary to be closer to $25.

Slightly off topic, but is there public transportation from San Pedro out to the Queen Mary? We'll be staying at the Crowne Plaza in SP, but wouldn't mind heading to Long Beach to visit the Queen Mary and other sights in Long Beach.

I think your best bet will be to take a taxi from San Pedro to Long Beach but one of the locals might know if there is public transportation.
