EGG Posted December 10, 2011 #1 Share Posted December 10, 2011 Does anyone know how much a taxi costs from the Queen Mary hotel to the pier at San Pedro. Also, are there any shuttle bus services for a group?
Rare Keith1010 Posted December 10, 2011 #2 Share Posted December 10, 2011 I would probably go with taxis as that would be cheaper than shuttles. If you wan to price out a shuttle for the group you could check out super shuttle and their web site is http://www.supershuttle.com and from there you can call their reservation number to get a price quote. A taxi will run around $20.00 to $25.00 before tip per taxi. Keith
Putterdude Posted December 10, 2011 #3 Share Posted December 10, 2011 I have found that the fare from the LB downtown hotels to San Pedro runs about $20 and would estimate the fare from the Queen Mary to be closer to $25.

High C's Posted December 11, 2011 #5 Share Posted December 11, 2011 Slightly off topic, but is there public transportation from San Pedro out to the Queen Mary? We'll be staying at the Crowne Plaza in SP, but wouldn't mind heading to Long Beach to visit the Queen Mary and other sights in Long Beach. Rare Keith1010 Posted December 11, 2011 #6 Share Posted December 11, 2011 I think your best bet will be to take a taxi from San Pedro to Long Beach but one of the locals might know if there is public transportation. Keith
