How is the chair saving at the pools?

I never noticed it being a problem, but we try to avoid the sun and tended to go up to the pools late in the afternoon. I did notice, at least, on the one day when I was walking around the ship because they had the Promenade Deck closed and I could not do laps, that no one was saving huge rows of chairs early in the morning like I have on some ships. But it was a rocky day.
