I am seeing some really good rates online. Are these companies trustworthy? I am not sure if listing company names is allowed here. I did some research and found the one I am considering has been in business since at least 2000. But when I call I get an answering machine, not even voice mail. Any advice?

Don't do it! If you cannot speak to someone BEFORE you give money..what do yo suppose will happen AFTER!

I booked our most recent cruise through a TA that lists on a website that has cruise specials from a bunch of different TAs. I called his toll-free number to book the cruise. I was able to see our booking on the Celebrity website within minutes. I'd be reluctant to book with anyone I couldn't speak to by phone.

I wouldn't give any money or credit card info to a machine. The answering machine said no one was available to take our call and if we left a phone number they would call us back. I see this guy's ad several places, it comes up as the 3rd or 4th hit on Google. Thought maybe someone had experience. They are advertising Tuesday Happy Hour specials. I see other sites promoting the same. Sound familiar?
