2flacruisers Posted January 30, 2012 #26 Share Posted January 30, 2012 You should have received an envelope in your stateroom the next day and it should contain your reservation/confirmation number along with two "Friends & Family" certificates that indicate the master booking number along with the date of issue. At least this has always been the case for me when dropping the request in the box at the future cruise location. This happened as recently as my cruise in December, 2011. You should certainly have received something by now. Did you show a credit card number on the form so they could charge the $100 deposit? Yes, we provided our credit card info. We completed our paperwork the day prior to disembarkation....I have spoken with a rep from Celebrity, who told me that sometimes they get behind in processing the paperwork and that I should check back later this week..... If we don't get it, it's no big deal.
Compass Rose Monica Posted January 30, 2012 #27 Share Posted January 30, 2012 In addition to getting OBC when booking OP, can you also get OBC once you transfer a booking to a travel agent? Or is it just one OBC?
