Question about Teens on the Sky

We are cruising in April with my daughter and her best friend, both will be 15 at the time. My question is, does the teen club have enough for them to do so they feel like they have things to do without us the whole trip? Also should we bring walkie-talkies or plan meeting times? They will be with us anytime we are off the boat of course, just want them and us to have free time on the boat.

They kept my teens busy, I hardly saw them onboard (we've cruised twice on the Sky in April).
