From what I read earlier on the parbuckle site we should be beyond the 20% point where the intake valves on the sponsons have reached sea level. From one shot of the port side the bottom of the sponsons are in the water.

Engineers or ship friends posting here: is this the point where they would start to fill the sponsons?

It's eerie. There are a couple windows (1 and 2 decks above the bridge) that look like there is a light on behind them. I'm sure it's just the spotlight reflecting on the glass, but it sure looks as though there are lights on.
